Once we received your payment confirmation, we will do our best to promptly dispatch the item(s) you have purchased, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. After shipment of your merchandise, we will notify you via email, providing you with a tracking number for your reference.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within USA): FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. COLLAPSIBLE BASKETS AND CUSTOM ORDERS are not included. All shipments originate from Hawaii and sent by USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number except “CUSTOM ORDERS”.
We do not use DHL, Fedex or UPS to send our shipments because they have higher shipping charges than USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. If you prefer the use of FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail/Express for shipping your product, an extra cost will apply for these services. Thank you for your understanding.
In order to avoid any delays in the delivery of your items, you should double check that the information you provided for shipping is accurate as well.
All local buyers are welcome to pick up their orders, However, all local pick-ups will be charged Hawaii State sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA): We ship via USPS Priority Mail International.
Free shipping is not applicable to orders that are shipped outside of the United States. Domestic addresses are the sole recipients of complimentary shipment. If you have any inquiries regarding international shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
